YOU CAN'T BEAT IT FOR THE PRICE. CUT 2 CORDS OF WOOD WITH NO PROMBLEMS, STILL VERY SHARP, COULD CUT ANOTHER 2 CORDS.

I am new to Chainsawing, and was nervous buying a cheap unit online however I have to say service direct from TimberPro has been amazing, delivered next day! It does take a few minutes to put the saw together but take your time and it all makes sense. It took a few pulls to start the first time (use the priming bubble) but once running it cuts like a hot knife through butter. Only used for an hour so far but very happy.

I have used more expensive chainsaws over the years and although their construction may be better, the materials more designed, this chainsaw is excellent value for money. Have had no issues with slack chain, choke, mix, and have been using it heavily cutting oak, birch, willow, pine and ash of variis thicknesses. It has performed in wet and cold environments. it came so quick it caught me by surprise, two chains, instructions easy if you have used one before and worked out of the box. Cannot fault it, very happy.

Having tried to fix my 10 year old McCullogh chainsaw to no avail and reflecting on what it would cost for a repair I decided to look at purchasing another so I started with ebay, not very good, then the dealers who were not offering much in the way of value for money then an internet search where I came upon this machine. Initially I thought, seems too cheap, then I looked at the reviews and was pleasantly surprised so I opted to buy one. It arrived today 30 Jan 2014 having being despatched yesterday, another pleasant surprise, then I read the instructions which were simple and again pleasantly surprised at all the accessories that came with it, even had an hi-vis bag, spare chain, and a tool kit I joked. As I cut lots of wood during the winter time I soon put this machine to work. Following the instructions it started as expected then I went to work on a few trees. I could not believe the cutting power, I done twice the amount of cutting in half the time, the 62cc would not give in under any stress and, restarting after shut down was a "piece of piss" (effortless), so if you are thinking about buying a chainsaw as good if not better than the likes of Stihl, at a silly price this is "The Beast", even my wife who was helping me at the time commented "that’s a good saw" so if you have any reservations about the power and quality of this machine at a "mates rates" price you're not really looking for a "professionals" chainsaw, and, it won't be long before "the pros" switch to this machine at a fraction of the price of it s main competitor which would be Stihl.

Excellent shipping.. ordered late Tuesday night and was delivered in rual Oklahoma by Friday afternoon. So far the saw seems great. I had a hard time getting it started the first time but thats to be expected a little i guess. The only reason i didnt give it the full 5 stars is there was some interference with the clutch cover and clutch/chain at first. Once i realized what was going on i was able to loosen it back off and force it together wherw it fit better. The saw runs great although i havent had more than a few minutes to play with it nor have i had it in any wood yet... ill update if possible once i get several hrs on it

I had a Castel 61cc with a 20 inch bar. The chain brake broke and I couldn't find any spares. I saw the Timberpro website and thought I couldn't go wrong at the price.
I have been cutting "cheeses" from 36 inch diameter chestnut. The chain is not as substantial as my previous chainsaw but it sharpens easily and cuts fantastically. I might buy another as a spare!!
